Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates. Customs processing, carrier delays and other disruptions may affect arrival. If your order is delayed or missing, contact us so that we can help investigate. These estimates do not limit your legal rights regarding delivery.
Import duties and taxes
Our shipping charges do not include import duties, import taxes or customs clearance charges. Depending on the destination, the buyer may need to pay these separately to the carrier or customs authority. Any import charges expressly collected at checkout will be shown there; the same charge should not be paid twice. Destination rules determine the amount of charges that are not collected at checkout.
Planning for a celebration
If you need your order for a particular date, email us before ordering with your delivery country and preferred arrival date so that we can discuss the timing. Check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if you need a correction.
